Handling your message

We use your name, email address or phone number, message and submission time to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered to info@flexcom.hu. Hosting and email are provided on FlexCom’s own servers.

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of your consent and kept until the enquiry is closed, as described in our central privacy notice (in Hungarian). That notice also explains your data protection rights and available remedies.

Automatic bot protection

The self-hosted ALTCHA check starts only when you submit the form. It uses no external verification API or cookies and does not collect mouse movements or scrolling behaviour. Your browser solves a one-time computational challenge which our server verifies.

To limit bulk spam and repeat submissions, a security ledger stores secret-keyed hashes of the IP address and contact detail, timestamps and counters. These are pseudonymised, not anonymous, data. The ledger does not contain names, message text, raw IP addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. IPv6 addresses share a limit within the same /64 network.

The one-time proof is valid for 10 minutes. Rate-limit entries are used in rolling windows of up to 24 hours. Expired entries are deleted during the next successfully recorded protection request; without further traffic, they can remain in private server storage until then.

The purpose and legitimate interest of this security processing is to protect the website and email service against abuse, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation by emailing info@flexcom.hu. You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
